MASEI CORP ENGINEERING S DE R.L. DE C.V. or any of its and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (MASEI), with internet portal https://www.masei.mx, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (“Law”) and in order to ensure the privacy and the right to informational self-determination of its customers, informs you of the privacy policy and handling of personal data.

1.- Data collection.

A.- Personales.- In the provision of services, MASEI will require the following data from its clients:

• Name
• Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC)
• Address
• Phone
• Email
• Autograph signature
• Bank accounts
• Identification data

2.- Purpose of data processing.

A.- Personal : The data provided by the client for commercial purposes in order to contact him/her and/or send him/her information regarding the contracted services, as well as for statistical purposes subject to a dissociation process.

3.- Transfer of data.

A.- Personal: Except for personal data collected for the promotion of services of third parties other than MASEI, MASEI will not disclose or share with third parties the personal data it collects from clients.

Transfer of data without the consent of the client-MASEI may transmit the data that it collects from its clients to any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates who will be obligated to safeguard and use the information in terms of this Privacy Notice and for any of the reasons foreseen in the “Law” MASEI reserves the right to transmit the data of its clients. In case of selling or transferring all or part of its business and / or assets, MASEI will communicate the obligation to the next owner to use customer data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, as well as inform the owner that it intends to transfer the data to third parties. If the owner does not want the data to be transferred to the third party, he/she must inform the new owner.

4. Means to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.

You have the right to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

Regarding the procedure and requirements for the exercise of your ARCO rights, we inform you of the following:

1. a) By what means can the holder and, if applicable, its representative, as well as the representative’s personality, prove their identity?

   With the original and copy of a valid official identification; in the case of legal entities, the original and copy of the notarial instrument stating their powers must be added.

1. b) What information and/or documentation should the application contain?

The details regarding the ARCO rights, and the precision or intention sought by the holder, narrating in detail the facts on which the request is based.

1. c) How long will it take for us to respond to your request?

In ten working days.

1. c) By what means will we communicate the response to your request?

By e-mail.

You may revoke the consent, if any, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data. Also, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we can no longer provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

5.- Changes to the Privacy Notice

This privacy notice may be modified, changed or updated as a result of new legal requirements; our own needs for the products or services we offer; our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or for other reasons.
